Job Summary:
Seeking a ServiceNow Administrator with 5+ years of experience in administering, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITSM modules, platform administration, user management, workflows, reporting, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, and catalogs.
• Manage users, roles, and access controls.
• Support ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Create reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Experience with workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations.
