Job Description

Physical Therapist | Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Cape Coral, FL

Pay: $88,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Caseload: 1–2 patients per hour

About the Role

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in a Fort Myers orthopedic outpatient clinic. This position is suited for a PT with outpatient experience who enjoys working with patients through different stages of orthopedic rehabilitation. Your day will include evaluating movement and function, guiding patients through treatment programs, documenting progress, and helping patients return to daily activities, work, recreation, or improved mobility.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate new and existing physical therapy patients
  • Identify functional limitations and establish measurable treatment goals
  • Create and carry out personalized rehabilitation programs
  • Provide therapeutic exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
  • Track treatment outcomes and update plans as patients progress
  • Teach patients safe exercises and techniques for use outside the clinic
  • Current PT License
  • DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
  • Prior outpatient experience
  • Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal patients
  • Ability to work effectively in a patient-focused outpatient environment
