The Role

• Monitor, maintain, and service technical building equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external service providers.
• Conduct maintenance on buildings and technical installations.
• Operate access, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, or equivalent qualification.
• Good computer skills.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and independent work style.
• High sense of service and responsibility.
