Mailroom and Document Processing Associate

As a Mailroom Associate at Conduent in the Banking, Insurance & Investment sector, you will support high-volume document and mail processing for key government and commercial clients. You will sort, scan, and route incoming and outgoing mail, maintain accurate logs, and protect confidential financial information. Responsibilities

• Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries for banking and insurance operations.
• Prepare, batch, and route outgoing mail using postal and shipping systems in line with client SLAs.
• Operate scanners and imaging tools to digitize documents for downstream processing and archiving.
• Verify, log, and track mail items and checks, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
• Follow data privacy, security, and compliance procedures when handling sensitive financial information.
• Collaborate with operations and client service teams to resolve mail discrepancies and exceptions.
• Monitor volumes, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement of mailroom workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized mailroom and ensure equipment is functioning and issues are reported promptly.
