Workday Architect
Location: Findlay, Ohio (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions. This role serves as a principal techno-functional advisor for strategic initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into cohesive technology solutions. The position will define architecture strategies and oversee transformation programs to advance organizational agility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions across multiple business capabilities, applications, platforms, and integrations.
• Serve as the principal techno-functional advisor for strategic initiatives, translating business requirements into value-driven technology solutions.
• Define architecture strategies, target-state roadmaps, and modernization plans to advance organizational agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Architect and oversee major transformation and modernization programs, including the evolution of legacy systems and cloud adoption.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles, integration patterns, and governance processes.
• Lead system and solution design for complex environments, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and scalability.
• Drive architecture decisions across business processes, applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security.
• Provide leadership for system integration, technology selection, and application architecture.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure architectural intent is maintained throughout solution delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural, technical, and operational risks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and architectural trends to improve competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop architects, engineers, and technical leaders.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and design governance to ensure solutions meet quality and compliance standards.
• Act as a trusted partner to business and IT leadership, providing strategic guidance on technology roadmaps.
