Lead End User Adoption Consultant

FM is seeking a Lead End User Adoption Consultant to drive successful adoption of our workplace and facilities management software. You will shape change strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and design training and onboarding programs that accelerate user adoption and value realization. Partnering with product, implementation, and customer success teams, you'll analyze usage data, gather feedback, and refine enablement plans to improve user experience. You will guide clients through modern workplace best practices, coach champions, and build scalable assets that support continuous improvement and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user adoption strategy for FM's workplace and facilities management software across enterprise clients
• Design and deliver change management, communication, and training plans to accelerate user adoption
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to align adoption activities with deployment milestones
• Analyze usage and engagement data to identify gaps, measure success, and refine enablement programs
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for diverse user groups and executive stakeholders
• Develop scalable adoption toolkits, playbooks, and best practices for internal teams and clients
• Coach client champions and super users to sustain adoption and continuous improvement
• Gather feedback from clients and users to inform product enhancements and service improvements
• Manage multiple client engagements and timelines, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
• Contribute to FM's thought leadership on modern workplace, change, and user experience
