Family Medicine Physician

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking a Full Time Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at our Family Health Center West location in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Join an established team of 5 APPs
• Call structure:  minimal call
• Practice setting:  outpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

• Work alongside a collaborative, physician-led team of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistants dedicated to seamless patient care.

This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
