SAP Project Manager – Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Callidus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager with strong experience in SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) / SAP CallidusCloud / Incentive Management to take ownership of an active project and drive it through successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP SPM implementations, including experience taking over stalled or struggling projects, re-baselining plans, aligning stakeholders, and delivering through cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an in-flight SAP SPM / Callidus implementation and assess current project status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Audit project progress and re-baseline timelines, milestones, resources, and priorities as required.
• Lead the project through remediation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Coordinate SAP technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with business objectives, scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Apply SAP Activate and Agile project management methodologies to manage delivery effectively.
• Lead project recovery and turnaround activities for delayed or underperforming implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level SAP Project Management experience.
• Hands-on project leadership experience with SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM), SAP CallidusCloud, or Incentive Management.
• Proven experience delivering 2+ end-to-end SAP SPM implementations.
• Demonstrated success taking over stalled, delayed, or struggling in-flight projects and driving them to completion.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams in a complex project environment.
• Strong problem-solving, project recovery, risk management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Callidus Cloud / SAP Commissions / Incentive Compensation Management.
• Experience managing global or enterprise-scale SAP implementations.
• Experience working with third-party implementation partners and vendors.
• Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on SAP PM who can quickly assess an existing SPM project, establish control, develop a realistic recovery plan, align all stakeholders, and successfully drive the implementation to go-live and hypercare.
