Job Description

We are Bosch Business Innovations, the un-corporate venture builder of Bosch, consistently driving innovation from the initial idea to real world spin-offs. With our interdisciplinary team and together with partners, we develop new ventures around the world to actively shape the future of diverse industries – far beyond the traditional Bosch core areas. Become a part of it and shape the future with us.

The Bosch Business Innovations GmbH is looking forward to your application!

We are looking for a Partner Manager – Ecosystem to drive the development and day-to-day management of the global partner ecosystem of Bosch Business Innovations. Working closely with the Head of Ecosystem, you will actively drive the identification and engagement of relevant partners, steer partnership initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure effective execution and follow-up.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting people, organizing complex initiatives, and turning strategic partnership opportunities into concrete actions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Develop the Partner Ecosystem: Manage the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of partners such as venture builders, investors, corporates, universities, founders, institutions, and governments worldwide. Maintain partner relationships and coordinate regular exchanges and follow-ups.
  • Drive Partnership Initiatives: Steer the preparation of partner meetings, proposals, decision documents, business cases, and materials for potential collaborations. Orchestrate commercial and contractual discussions by gathering relevant information, coordinating internal input, and documenting requirements and agreed next steps.
  • Coordinate Venture-Building Activities: Steer and coordinate operational activities related to international partnership and venture-building initiatives across regions, partners, and Bosch functions. Ensure clear responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up.
  • Enable Effective Collaboration: Drive the implementation of governance, operating, and collaboration frameworks defined for the ecosystem. Facilitate information flow and knowledge sharing between partners, ventures, and internal stakeholders.
  • Connect Internal and External Stakeholders: Act as operational interface between external partners, Bosch Business Innovations, and relevant corporate functions. Coordinate stakeholders and meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Track Partner Performance: Own and maintain an overview of the partner portfolio, activities, milestones, and KPIs. Prepare regular reporting and identify opportunities for improvement or further collaboration.
  • Experience in Partnerships & Innovation: Several years of professional experience in partner management, business development, ecosystem management, corporate venturing, innovation management, or a comparable environment.
  • Academic Foundation: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a comparable discipline.
  • Strong Execution Skills: Ability to translate strategic direction into concrete activities, coordinate multiple workstreams, and reliably drive topics from preparation through implementation and follow-up.
  • Structured & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable developing business cases, management presentations, partner assessments, decision documents, and KPI-based reporting.
  • Stakeholder Manager: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across external partners, ventures, corporate functions, and different levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on Mentality: Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable taking ownership of operational topics while working closely with the Head of Ecosystem and other stakeholders.
  • International Collaboration: Experience working in international, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
  • Language: Business fluency in English is essential; German proficiency is a plus.

The role can be based in Ludwigsburg or Berlin, Germany.
