Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations.

This is a hands-on architecture role requiring strong expertise in Salesforce development, integration, data architecture, DevOps, and enterprise solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and provide technical leadership throughout implementation.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures.

Design and lead complex API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Define Salesforce integration, data, security, performance, backup, and recovery strategies.

Identify and mitigate technical risks across the solution architecture.

Determine when to use standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development.

Create technical documentation, data models, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.

Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, architecture workshops, and release planning.

Guide development teams on Salesforce platform best practices and appropriate technology usage.

Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user-story decomposition, and acceptance criteria.

Support Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipelines using appropriate DevOps/release-management tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration and delivery.

Provide technical guidance on Salesforce configuration, development, integration, and deployment.

Support data migration strategies and ETL activities.

Ensure solutions meet accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 standards.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design.

7+ years architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.

7+ years of hands-on experience with:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura

Salesforce Flows

SOSL / SOQL

Salesforce Administration

Advanced Salesforce architectural patterns

Unit testing and test best practices

7+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and development.

7+ years guiding development teams on appropriate Salesforce platform technologies.

7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and/or Ruby.

7+ years of experience with data migration strategies and ETL tools.

7+ years of experience with mobile solutions, mobile architecture, and Salesforce on-platform mobile considerations.

7+ years of experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning.

5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

5+ years of experience with accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 compliance.

5+ years of experience with GitHub and/or Bitbucket version-control solutions.

5+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong enterprise Salesforce architecture experience.

Experience designing highly scalable API and integration architectures.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution-design capabilities.
