Job Description

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Architect Consultant to lead the architecture, migration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM. The consultant will assess the existing Agile PLM environment, design the future-state Fusion PLM solution, and support migration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the future-state Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM architecture.
• Assess existing Agile PLM 9.3.x workflows, attributes, roles, security, customizations, and integrations.
• Review current item, BOM, engineering change, quality, and compliance processes.
• Design operating models for items, BOMs, product changes, Product Quality, and PG&C.
• Perform gap analysis between Agile PLM and Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
• Determine whether existing customizations should be retained, redesigned, or eliminated.
• Design integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle EBS 12.2.x.
• Lead PLM data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support functional and integration testing.
• Develop cutover plans and ensure go-live readiness.
• Work closely with business, engineering, quality, compliance, ERP, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of PLM implementation, solution architecture, or consulting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
• Strong experience with Agile PLM 9.3.x.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Oracle Product Development
  • Oracle Product Hub
  • Oracle Product Quality
  • Product Governance and Compliance, or PG&C
  • Item and BOM management
  • Engineering change management
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM with Oracle EBS 12.2.x.
• Strong experience with PLM data migration and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and production go-live.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-design skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.
