The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support on the roadside.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues including mechanical faults, flat batteries, and tyre changes.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your shifts from your driveway, managing your workload effectively.
• Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the company, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Willingness to be a hands-on, proactive ambassador for the service.
