At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
The Senior Acquisition Project Manager will provide senior operational leadership across high-value, high-turnover mobile network acquisition programmes, ensuring delivery is controlled, commercially managed and progressed from instruction through to completion, handover and closure. They will lead multiple acquisition workstreams, manage priorities, resources, risks, suppliers, reporting and client commitments, while working closely with Acquisition, Planning, Design, Build, Commercial, Finance, Legal and external partners. The role will provide strong governance, early escalation, recovery planning and clear decision-ready insight to support programme performance, revenue delivery, margin protection and client confidence.
What you'll bring?
They'll bring proven senior experience in telecoms acquisition, estate management, planning, property, programme management or operational delivery, ideally within high-volume or high-turnover environments. They will understand mobile network acquisition, landlord engagement, lease progression, supplier coordination, programme governance, reporting and risk management. Strong commercial awareness is essential, including forecasting, cost control, WIP, recovery actions and margin protection. They'll be confident leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with clients, delivery teams and support functions.
