Automotive Sales Consultant

INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds who are ready to build a career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide a professional, consultative buying experience
Learn each customer’s needs, preferences, and budget to help them find the right vehicle
Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
Present and demonstrate INFINITI vehicles, technology, features, and benefits
Conduct vehicle test drives and answer product questions
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and promotions
Work closely with sales management and other dealership departments to provide an excellent customer experience
Meet individual and dealership sales goals
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable building relationships and working with a wide range of customers
Competitive mindset and desire to achieve sales goals
Ability to confidently handle customer questions and objections
Basic computer and math skills
Willingness to learn INFINITI products, technology, and sales processes
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
