3D Physical Therapy is looking for experienced Physical Therapists interested in providing PRN coverage on an independent contractor basis at our outpatient orthopedic clinics in Dallas.

This opportunity is ideal for a PT who wants to supplement an existing position, maintain clinical practice with a flexible schedule, or simply pick up additional patient-care opportunities when availability allows.

As PRN coverage needs arise, you'll have the flexibility to accept opportunities that work with your schedule while practicing in a supportive, PT-owned outpatient environment.

A FLEXIBLE WAY TO PRACTICE

This isn't a traditional full-time or part-time position.

Our PRN contractors help provide continuity of patient care when coverage is needed due to vacations, PTO, schedule changes, or other temporary staffing needs.

Depending on your availability and our coverage needs, opportunities may include individual patient visits, partial-day coverage, or clinic-day coverage.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Accept PRN coverage opportunities based on your availability

• Evaluate and treat an outpatient orthopedic patient population

• Provide evidence-based treatment consistent with established plans of care

• Communicate effectively with the patient's primary therapist and clinical team

• Maintain continuity and quality of care during temporary coverage

• Create the same exceptional patient experience our patients expect from 3DPT

We're looking for therapists who are dependable, clinically confident, adaptable, and able to step into an established patient schedule while maintaining a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent PT degree

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license

• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred

• Ability to independently evaluate and treat patients

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Commitment to exceptional patient care

COMPENSATION & CONTRACT STRUCTURE

This is a PRN independent contractor position paid per patient visit.

• $45–$60 per patient visit

• No required regular weekly schedule

• Coverage opportunities offered based on clinic needs

• Accept opportunities based on your availability

• Opportunity for an ongoing PRN relationship with 3DPT

Because this is an independent contractor opportunity rather than an employee position, traditional employee benefits are not included.
