What You'll Need

• Completed education or certification as a nurse (general, psychiatric, geriatric) or a comparable recognized qualification.
• Proven experience in fundamental patient care, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and pressure sore prophylaxis.
• Excellent empathy and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A responsible approach to work, including the ability to act effectively in emergency situations.
• A commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
• A driver's license is beneficial but not mandatory.
