Area Recruitment Specialist

Support recruiting across assigned markets by sourcing and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and building community partnerships to strengthen talent pipelines. Represent the organization at hiring events and monitor recruiting workflows, metrics, and compliance. This hybrid role requires regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates across assigned markets.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, orientation, and onboarding activities.
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools, workforce agencies, and employment partners.
• Track candidate progress, background screening follow-up, recruiting metrics, and workflow accuracy.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking functions, and community events.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operational leadership to improve applicant flow and hiring outcomes.
