We are seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Needs Tutors to join an impact-driven community focused on transforming the lives of young people. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners, offering flexible and rewarding work.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, tailoring your approach to their individual learning requirements.
• Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Work with schools and local authorities to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Be part of a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
