Job Description

Position : Performance Test Lead

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Given the critical nature of the Onshore Performance Lead role and the extensive communication required with application teams, architects, and other stakeholders, we are seeking a resource with the following capabilities:

Demonstrated confidence and strong technical expertise in end-to-end performance testing of distributed systems.

  1. Ability to discuss performance metrics in detail and present a well-defined approach to stakeholders.
  2. Ability to support our ongoing AI-driven initiatives and collaborate effectively with the team, including work involving tools such as K6 & Neoload.
  3. Strong root cause analysis skills, with the ability to correlate identified issues with appropriate solutions.
  4. Proven experience in a lead role managing multiple applications in parallel, as the onshore resource will be responsible for supporting several applications concurrently.

We recommend considering a senior profile with approximately 15+ years of experience and demonstrated expertise in the capabilities outlined above.
