Job Title: Security Consultant - Identity & Access Management Services

Location: Dallas TX  (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

·        This role supports a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion program covering privileged account discovery, onboarding feasibility assessment, process analysis, PSM readiness, implementation roadmap, and delivery of an implementation-ready SoW. The engagement involves cross-functional coordination across Security, Infrastructure, DBAs, SOC, and Audit stakeholders.

·        Drive process discovery, documentation, and data-driven analysis to enable implementation planning.

Required skills:

·        5–8 years as Business Analyst in IAM/PAM or cybersecurity domains.

·        Experience with process mapping, workshops, and documentation.

·        Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

·        Experience with CyberArk or PAM tools.

·        Knowledge of ITIL, process engineering, or Lean methodologies.

·        Experience supporting consulting engagements.
