Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python and AWS Lambda.
  • Integrate applications with Aurora and DynamoDB databases.
  • Manage database schema changes and migrations using Liquibase.
  • Develop, test, and deploy cloud-native applications following AWS best practices.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, automated testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Work within Agile teams and CI/CD environments.
  • Optimize application and database performance.
  • Support production deployments and issue resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of Python development experience.
  • Strong hands-on AWS Lambda and serverless architecture expertise.
  • Experience with Aurora and DynamoDB.
  • Knowledge of Liquibase for database migrations.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Functional experience: Full-cycle recruitment experience in healthcare or in adjacent industries and across main functions: commercial, manufacturing, scientific, and corporate function
  • Strong technical aptitude, data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
