UiPath Developer / System Programmer 4 - RPA & Agentic AI - Nashville, TN – Local Candidates Only

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer / System Programmer 4 to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The role will support automation initiatives across state government agencies, including traditional RPA workflows and emerging Agentic AI solutions using the UiPath platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.

Build attended, unattended, and scheduled bots for rules-based business processes.

Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, and related technologies.

Develop enterprise workflows with exception handling, logging, auditing, monitoring, and recovery capabilities.

Create reusable automation components, libraries, and templates.

Integrate UiPath solutions with databases, APIs, government systems, document management platforms, and cloud services.

Implement secure automation aligned with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, production support, and automation optimization.

Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.

Develop technical documentation, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.

Support modernization initiatives through intelligent automation technologies.

Agentic AI Responsibilities:

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and generative AI capabilities.

Develop AI-powered agents for autonomous decision-making, contextual reasoning, and multi-step task orchestration within defined governance controls.

Integrate LLMs, AI services, and intelligent document processing into automation workflows.

Build human-in-the-loop workflows combining AI agents with employee review and approval.

Develop intelligent agents capable of interpreting unstructured documents, emails, forms, and communications.

Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration techniques within UiPath environments.

Apply responsible AI practices including transparency, auditability, security, compliance, and bias mitigation.

Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies.

Assist with enterprise standards and governance for Agentic AI implementations.
