Our Elementary and Middle School Divisions, Kohelet Yeshiva Lab School and Kohelet Yeshiva Middle School, utilize replicable, empirically supported, student-centered methods of pedagogy to maximize learning for all students in both Judaic and General Studies and advance the field of Jewish Education.

Our High School division, Kohelet Yeshiva High School, builds on these foundations by nurturing the talents and potential of every student while equipping them with the skills and knowledge they will need to succeed and to lead in the best yeshivot and seminaries, the finest colleges and universities, and well beyond.

Responsibilities
Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and operations of the school
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the administration
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Collaborate with department heads to implement financial plans and monitor progress
Conduct financial analyses and present findings to the Board of Trustees and senior leadership
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and vendors
Manage and supervise accounting, payroll, and other financial staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in financial software and systems
