This role requires the ability to engage and guide participants at all skill levels in a fun, safe, and structured learning environment. Foster a disciplined yet supportive training environment that promotes respect, perseverance, and teamwork. Develop relationships with students, parents, and the local community to promote our programs. No Martial Arts Experience Required – We provide training! Strong Leadership & Time Management, Organized. – Customer Service Experience required ( 1 year minimum ) – Helps with student retention.

Sales Training Required ( 1 year Minimum) – Ability to introduce new students to the program. High School Diploma (Required)
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Drug Testing Required
8-hour shifts based on availability
