Looking for a Desktop Technician with strong hands-on IT support experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Desktop Support & PC Imaging
- Network/TCP-IP fundamentals & troubleshooting
- Printer support
- Windows desktop/server support
- Active Directory & basic Windows security
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, Remote Desktop & PuTTY/Telnet
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of desktop/IT support experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and support multiple onsite locations
