Brand Manager Position:

• We're looking for a passionate Senior Brand Manager to help drive the growth of the business’s #1 brand
• Work closely with the Marketing Director on brand strategy, campaigns, and execution
• Get stuck into full-mix marketing: NPD, PR, digital, shopper, and more
• Lead NPD for chilled yogurts and desserts from concept to launch.
• Turn consumer insights into winning growth strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Be hands-on with an exciting innovation pipeline and bring ideas to life
• Lead agency relationships and manage budgets to deliver standout work

Ideal candidate:

• A driven and passionate brand advocate with a natural affinity for connecting with consumers
• Experience at Senior Brand Manager level within a branded food/beverage environment.
• A team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the UK retail channel and consumer trends
