The Role

• Accurately pick, prepare, and package online customer orders.
• Ensure the correct items are selected and errors are minimized.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary, consulting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in the order fulfillment process.
• Dispense completed orders to customers for pickup.
