AI/ML Engineer - w2 role

As an AI/ML Engineer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data-driven transformation programs with ownership of scope, timelines, cost, and quality

·         Mentor on-ground team to increase AI-Adoption and AI-Maturity across portfolio

·         Translate business goals into AI-led transformation roadmaps and execution plans

·         Drive enterprise adoption of AI-DLC (AI-driven SDLC) across delivery lifecycle stages

·         Implement GenAI, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve productivity and delivery efficiency

·         Drive AI-enabled quality engineering (test automation, shift-left, intelligent validation)

·         Identify and execute automation and AI-led process re-engineering opportunities

·         Deliver measurable outcomes in productivity gains, client satisfaction, and revenue growth

Should have experience across tech stack .Net, Java, Databricks, Azure, Kafka, Github, Sonarcube etc.
