Our focus on In-Play betting has solidified our market-leading position, featuring more than 1.38 million In-Play sporting events a year. With over 750 concurrent sporting fixtures at peak and more live sports streamed than anyone else in Europe (750,000), we handle over 6 million HTTP requests daily and process more than 1.5 million bets per hour at peak.
As a Designer, you will help shape the visual identity of our global Gaming Product. We are looking for someone to push boundaries and create intuitive experiences that keep us at the forefront of the industry.
The Design and UX department creates the visual language for our global Gaming Product. This team defines how users interact with our platforms, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, engaging, and visually distinct.
As a Designer within the Product Design Team, you will translate complex ideas into high-fidelity prototypes. You will collaborate with the Lead Gaming Designer and stakeholders to bring concepts to life, ensuring our design standards remain high across all digital platforms.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.
- Proven experience as a product or UI-UX Designer with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma or Sketch
- Deep understanding of design principles, systems, and visual storytelling
- Sharp design eye with a focus on aesthetic quality
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to conceptualise and execute new ideas
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define design strategy
- Translate concepts into cohesive, high-fidelity designs
- Create thorough designs that cover every scenario and platform
- Use feedback to improve outcomes and challenge existing processes
- Develop and maintain style guides to ensure consistency
- Partner with Developers to build rich prototypes for user flows and interactions
- Review and restructure content within designed areas
- Research the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Present designs and rationale at project meetings and walkthroughs
- Remain flexible and responsive to evolving requirements and feedback
