Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business teams to define KPIs, establish measurement plans, and report on performance
• Build and maintain datasets and analytical models using SQL and Python
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor business and customer performance
• Analyze the effectiveness of products, promotions, programs, and initiatives using appropriate analytical methods
• Combine digital engagement, customer, and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and data quality issues
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, including customer segmentation, engagement, and performance analysis, and present findings to stakeholders
• Maintain analytics documentation, methodologies, metric definitions, and project tracking to support consistent and reusable reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience working with large or complex datasets
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
• Experience analyzing customer, transaction, product, or digital data to measure KPIs and business impact
• Working knowledge of Python or similar analytical programming tools
• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Experience collaborating across product, technology, engineering, and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced degree or relevant analytics/BI certifications are a plus
• Experience with digital or product analytics platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing, test-and-control analysis, cohort analysis, or similar measurement techniques
• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project tracking tools, and version control

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
