The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and contribute to overall store success.
• Assist with personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee sales strategies and the effective display of a diverse and changing product assortment.
• Manage store presentation, including ordering processes and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store management to review performance and discuss store development strategies.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, with prior retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week comprehensive training program at a designated training store.
