The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area and designated locations.
• Develop strategies and tactics to drive sales activities across regions, metropolitan areas, and branches.
• Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by implementing and improving sales systems.
• Meet regional financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts in support of national goals.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Successful track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
