The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh counter, focusing on meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items.
• Create appealing and high-quality product presentations and culinary creations.
• Prepare and finish products, and independently create specialties according to in-house recipes.
• Implement innovative sales promotion ideas to drive business.
• Maintain impeccable standards of product freshness, presentation, and hygiene.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or hospitality.
• Open to career changers with experience in handling food.
• A genuine interest in processing and refining fresh meats and products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and a team-oriented, responsible approach.
• Willingness to work in a shift schedule.
