We are partnering with an established, innovation-focused software business to find a Data Analyst to join their collaborative R&D team. You will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager and work alongside experienced software engineers and testers in an environment that actively embraces modern, AI-assisted development tools.

  • Build New Solutions: Translate business and user requirements into clean, user-friendly reports and visualizations.
  • Data Investigation & Querying: Utilize SQL Server to query databases, resolve discrepancies, and ensure reporting reliability.
  • Modern Data Platform Growth: Get hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric workspaces, semantic models, and data pipelines alongside existing SSRS infrastructure.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Pragmatically use AI-assisted tools to streamline SQL/DAX writing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For

  • Core Technical Stack: Hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries (SQL Server) and developing/maintaining Power BI reports with DAX.
  • Experience Level: Practical experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach to investigating data anomalies and validating business logic.
  • Bonus Points: Any exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL/cloud services, or SSRS.

Why Apply?

  • Structured Growth: Dedicated 1-on-1 mentorship during your first few months.
  • Modern Tech Stack: Immediate pathway to build production-level Microsoft Fabric and cloud analytics experience.
  • Forward-Thinking Culture: A supportive team that actually encourages you to use modern AI workflows to make your work more efficient.
