Fusion Plumbing and Air is the go-to choice for exceptional indoor comfort services! We're hiring full-time In-Home Sales Representatives to help expand our clientele and secure new jobs for the business.

Location

Tucson, Arizona (and the surrounding area) |
Pay:
Base and commission, for an annual earning potential of $95,000 - $180,000+ |
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a night/weekend rotation
Who You Are:
The ideal fit for this In-Home Sales Representative would be a highly results-driven goal-getter who knows how to build rapport, resolve concerns, and successfully close deals without being overbearing or too pressuring on the customer. Sales experience in a trade like plumbing, HVAC, or electrical is a must.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical field sales
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and exceed customer expectations
Ability to represent our company professionally and deliver excellent customer service
Fantastic communication skills for creating new connections and qualifying customers' needs/wants
Empathetic, self-starter, and goal-driven attitude
Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn new ideas, strategies, and methods
As Our In-Home Sales Representative, You'll:
Contact customers about their HVAC or plumbing needs and professionally promote our quality services
Take note of the recommended services and provide accurate cost quotes
Promote the benefits of choosing us for the job and adjust strategies as needed to increase your success rates
Write up and present detailed contracts and proposals
Assist in other areas as needed and participate in a night/weekend schedule rotation
