As a leading provider of contact center solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. In this role, you will utilize your sales skills to connect with customers, present products and services, and ultimately close sales. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, competitive energy, and the ability to communicate professionally. Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
Engage customers through calls and follow-ups. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.

Full-Time Hours

40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
