Infrastructure Solutions Architect 5 – ServiceNow

The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the architecture, design, governance, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB, foundational services, enterprise integrations, platform governance, and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise strategic goals.
• Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
• Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
• Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong experience with:
  • ServiceNow ITSM
  • ServiceNow ITOM
  • ServiceNow ITAM
  • CMDB and CSDM
  • Enterprise Integrations and APIs
  • Workflow Automation
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification.
