Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security role based in Ernakulam. The Security professional will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing security policies, and responding to incidents to protect people, property, and information. Daily tasks include conducting regular patrols, overseeing access control, maintaining logs, and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and assisting in the implementation of security procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess skills in Physical Security, including surveillance, access control, and incident response.
- Candidate should possess skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security for protecting digital assets and sensitive data.
- Candidate should possess skills in Network Security to identify vulnerabilities and support secure infrastructure operations.
- Candidate should possess strong Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with teams, and adherence to security protocols.
- Relevant experience in a security-focused role, preferably in corporate or facility environments.
- Knowledge of basic security standards, risk assessment practices, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and work in shifts if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security certifications (e.g., security guard license, cybersecurity courses) are an advantage
