As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet compliant, organized, and road-ready by managing critical documentation and supporting day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure newly released vehicles are properly stocked with required safety equipment and documentation
- Drive vehicles to and from repair shops and service locations as needed
- Support the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals
- Coordinate and track annual inspections and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records
- Prepare and submit DMV and regulatory paperwork
- Monitor and track deadlines for registrations, inspections, and compliance activities
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding documentation and status updates
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily fleet operations
- Assist with additional fleet-related projects as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and document management systems
- Ability to follow established processes and manage repetitive, detail-driven tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive on public roads
Preferred:
- Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or operations support roles
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation, DMV processes, or fleet operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced or operations-focused environment
Work Environment
This role requires flexibility to work across office, garage, and outdoor settings, supporting a variety of fleet-related activities.
Work schedule = M-F 9-5pm
Pay Rate = $20 per hour
