Oracle Retail MFCS Consultant, Onsite

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Support Lead to serve as the primary onsite point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore AMS teams, and MFCS support teams.

This is an onsite position based in Plano, TX, requiring alignment with the local business time zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving application support activities, coordinating with offshore teams, managing production incidents, facilitating business discussions, and ensuring the stability and performance of Oracle Retail MFCS applications and integrations.
