What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Build relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Learn Chevrolet and Cadillac products, technology, and available inventory
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
• Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business
• Work with dealership leadership and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, real estate, or other customer-facing positions can translate well to automotive sales, but is not required.
Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
