The Role

• Sell target products and packages, effectively communicating system prices, services, and offers.
• Demonstrate various products and services to customers visiting retail centers.
• Establish rapport with visitors, probing to understand and match needs with the best package.
• Review current customer service levels and introduce new services as appropriate.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently by actively listening and communicating clearly.
• Process order changes, disconnects, and service requests according to company policies.
