Project Manager Engineering & Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of engineering, construction, and digital transformation initiatives supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from field turnover through completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

The Project Manager will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, risk management, quality, safety, commissioning support, and operational readiness. Working closely with engineering, procurement, IT, software development, supply chain, and business stakeholders, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 6 10 years of experience managing engineering, construction, technology, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience within renewable energy, utilities, construction, engineering, or supply chain organizations.
• Experience with product management, product ownership, business analysis, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities.
