Our client is looking for an Guidewire Rating Architect for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Guidewire Rating Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge.
• 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience, including 2+ full lifecycle PolicyCenter implementations.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Guidewire Rating solutions.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Rating Management, Product Model, Data Model, and Integration Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Rate Books, Rate Tables, Rate Routines, Worksheets, Rating Variables, pricing models, and product configuration.
• Strong Gosu programming skills; Java experience preferred.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML/XSD, SQL, and integration with external pricing platforms and third-party data providers.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, along with CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins; Docker/Kubernetes preferred.
• Guidewire Cloud experience and Guidewire Professional/Specialist or Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, architecture governance, mentoring, and documentation skills.
