Vendor Quality Management Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a qualified candidate with at least 6 years of experience in Vendor Quality Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP and GDP areas within the Pharma/Biotech industries, as well as previous experience in a management role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage vendor quality management processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in GMP and GDP areas
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with vendors to improve quality and efficiency
• Lead a team of quality management professionals
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or allied health field (or comparable degree)
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Vendor Quality Management
• Previous manager level experience is required
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in GMP/GDP areas
• Pharma or Biotech industry experience
• Expertise in Risk Assessment
• Excellent communication skills
