Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM/TM Functional Consultant to play a key role in a large-scale global SAP transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys complex implementations, solution design, business transformation, and global deployment rather than primarily production support work.

The consultant will support a major SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation across 400+ warehouses globally, working closely with business stakeholders, global process owners, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners. Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and EWM–TM integration is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
• Strong experience delivering at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Proven experience with large-scale, multi-site, or global SAP transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP EWM.
• Experience supporting complex warehouse operations and high-volume distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with EWM and related logistics modules.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
