What You ll Be Doing

• Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and candidate onboarding
• Keeping internal systems and candidate records up to date
• Supporting the wider recruitment team with administration and delivery

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• A driven individual who wants to progress and succeed
