SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Techno-Functional Lead

100% Remote (MW and CST preference)

Direct Placement

This role serves as the internal techno-functional lead for a multi-year HR technology transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will act as the primary owner of the SAP ECP platform, working closely with an implementation partner to guide system configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment

Essential Skills

Proven experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including configuration and support in production environments.
Strong background in SAP HR/Payroll implementations, with hands-on involvement in full project lifecycles from design through go-live.
Demonstrated expertise in HRIS integrations and configuration, including data flows between SAP ECP and other enterprise systems.
Ability to work effectively in a business-facing environment, engaging with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting payroll systems in production, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and coordination of fixes.
