🔹 Must-Have Skills:

✅ 5+ years of Front-End Development experience
✅ Strong expertise in WCAG 2.1/AAA Accessibility Standards
✅ Experience with Angular, HTML, and SASS
✅ Strong knowledge of Semantic HTML and ARIA Roles
✅ Experience creating and implementing Design Systems from Scratch
✅ Hands-on experience with Enterprise Design Systems & Reusable Component Libraries
✅ Experience with Storybook for component development and documentation
✅ Experience with USWDS or similar Enterprise Design Systems
✅ Accessibility testing tools and workflows
✅ Experience developing accessible, reusable, and scalable UI components
✅ Strong understanding of UX best practices and accessible UI design
✅ Experience with code reviews, accessibility audits, and UX discussions
