Job Description

Role: ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI governance solutions using ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
  • Manage AI lifecycle processes, including model onboarding, monitoring, and governance.
  • Develop governance frameworks, compliance policies, and operational playbooks.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows to support AI governance processes.
  • Implement risk, compliance, and security controls for enterprise AI applications.
  • Support AI discovery and observability across the organization''s AI ecosystem.
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor AI compliance and governance metrics.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and third-party applications using APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, compliance teams, and solution architects to define governance requirements.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI governance and ServiceNow implementations.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI Governance or ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
  • Knowledge of AI lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience building ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer.
  • Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, or enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience with AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in enterprise digital transformation projects.
